Wacom Unveils Three New Bamboo Tablets

Wacom recently announced three new pen tablet devices for graphic designers or more importantly all those peeps who love digital drawing. These devices are announced under the company’s Bamboo series are called Bamboo Connect, Bamboo Create and Bamboo Capture.

The Bamboo Connect is the most affordable of the three and according to the company the device is mainly focused for ‘digital inking, doodling and white-boarding.’ It includes a digital eraser, measures 5.8 x 3.6 inches and is priced at $79.95. It will come in black and lime colors.

Next is the Bamboo Capture which is designed for ‘photo enthusiast or novice designers’ the device comes with various inking tools and colors. It measures the same as the Bamboo Connect and is priced at $99.95.

Finally, the Bamboo Create is a larger pen tablet amongst the three measuring 8.5 x 5.4 inches. It is priced at $199.95 and Wacom describes it as ‘ideal for home arts and crafts projects, photo editing as well as scrapbooking.’ It will come in white and black.

All the three Wacom Bamboo tablets will work with both Mac OS as well as Windows, however if you are looking for some really impressive pen tablets we suggest to wait for the new Intuos.
