ASUS ROG Brings Matrix GTX 980 GPU to India at a Price of Rs 52,000
For those who aren’t aware, Republic of Gamers is a brand used by ASUS since 2006, consisting in a range of computer hardware, personal computers, peripherals, and accessories focused on gaming. Now Asus’ dedicated gaming brand has recently launched the Matrix GTX 980 to Indian gamers, being based on the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 GPU.
The ASUS ROG Matrix GTX 980 GPU is now available in India at a price of Rs 52,000 ($822), which is a price that restricts it only to die-hard gaming fans. The ROG Matrix GTX 980 comes with an amazing 3DMark 11 Performance benchmark, proving to be one of the best overclocked graphics cards.
It also gets support for 4K UHD resolutions, which means you can play games that can support up to 4096 x 2160 pixels. Other main features of the device include – Bus standard PCI Express 3.0, OpenGL 4.4, Video memory 4GB GDDR5, GPU – boost clock 1342MHz and base clock 1241MHz, Memory clock 7010MHz (GDDR5), Memory interface 256-bit, DVI output 1 x Native Dual-link DVI-I, HDMI output 1 x Native HDMI 2.0, HDCP compliant, DisplayPort 3 x Native DisplayPort, Adapters/cables bundled, 1 x Power Cable, 1 x ROG Metal Sticker.
