Not long ago did Aircel and Airtel made an extremely similar on launching the iPhone 4 in India. Well, it seems like the device is finally coming in the market and from both network providers. Apple recently launched the iPad 2 in the Indian market and now the Apple iPhone 4 is finally coming to the country.

The device available through both carries would be factory unlocked, so while you would be able to use other networks, it sounds like both the operators may offers some exclusive data plans. Furthermore, it seems that the iPhone 3GS (16GB) price will drop down below Rs. 30,000, this would competitively put the device against, the HTC Incredible S, Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and other upcoming devices like the Samsung Galaxy S2. The iPhone 4 pricing would start at somewhere between Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 34,000.

The actual launch date is yet not announced, but BGR India expects to be available in the market by the end of May. Well, we are quite hopeful for the same.
