Microsoft Starts Fixing Lumia 535 Touchscreen Issues

If you are the owner of a brand new Lumia 535 Windows Phone smartphone, there’s a chance that you have been affected by some annoying touchscreen issue that have been reported by many owners. Luckily for you, Microsoft has started rolling out fixes for these issues.

The update fixes the touchscreen usability issues that users have been experiencing and will roll out for Lumia 535 and Lumia 535 Dual SIM owners in select markets. The small software upgrade seems to be bundled together with the Denim firmware. Most of Europe is getting the update, with a global roll-out said to follow very soon.

The latest firmware is supposed to fix touchscreen issues that many users of the Lumia 535 had noticed, but also brings some other minor bug fixes, stability improvements and new features:

– Cortana, the most personal digital assistant, is now available in more markets

– You can easily switch your mobile data connection on or off in the action centre

– Install phone updates more easily by scheduling them for a time that works best for you.
