New Windows Phone 8.1 Update Adds a Cellular Data Toggle to the Action Center

For the past few months, we’ve seen a bunch of updates being rolled out to the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system. Now we’re talking about the most recent one that has gone almost unspotted by many.

According to GroovyPost, the most recent Windows Phone 8.1 Update, which has rolled out for members of the Preview for Developers program, adds a new cellular data toggle to the Action Center.

The exact version of this update is Update and it has been reported to bring other unspecified fixed and bug squashes, along with the traditional stability improvements.

Some users have reported that this update has fixed Bluetooth issues related to the last update on the Verizon Nokia Lumia 928, with the issues being related to phone to car integration.

To perform the latest update, you need to head to Settings > Phone Updates and grab the latest update. The new feature that has been introduced with this version will allow you to easily disable your cellular data connection when you don’t need it.
