Xiaomi Mi 6 – The Chinese Company Has Something Big Planned For 2017
The Chinese based tech giant has been on a roll this year and released a bunch of highly successful device this year but according to recent leaked documents, Xiaomi has something big planned for 2017. Reports have been showing that Apple isn’t going to be the only major tech company to rush the launch of its flagship device Xiaomi is following in Apple’s footsteps meaning that the Chinese giant will launch its upcoming flagship Xiaomi Mi 6 device.
Regarding the launch date of Xiaomi Mi 6, a recent leaked document surfaced on Weibo, which is the Chinese Reddit, pointed out that Xiaomi is getting ready to launch its latest flagship during the first quarter of 2017, in February to be more exact. This rumor goes hand in hand with the reports provided by Kevin Wang which is a known and liable tech analyst. Kevin Wang reported that Qualcomm started shipping a large number of its chipsets to China and this chipsets will be installed on Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship.
Xiaomi’s device is highly anticipated by tech fans worldwide because Mi 6 is going to be equipped with all the latest high-end hardware parts available right now. As previously stated, the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor that’s going to be coupled with the whopping amount of 6GB of RAM. This should be more enough to provide users with impressive hardware performances. In terms of features, rumor has it that Mi 6 will feature an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and a 16MP rear camera which is said to be able to capture videos in 4K native resolution alongside a smaller 4MP front one.
