The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Confirmed for PC, 360 and PS3

This is one of my favorite video game franchises and it also comes from one of my favorite game developers, Bethesda. They did a brilliant job with The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and I have high hopes to see the same with the newly announced addition to the franchise, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

This game is a sequel to TES IV: Oblivion and revolves pretty much around its story. According to Howard, the game has been worked on since the last two years. I saw some great improvements in Bethesda’s latest game, Fallout: New Vegas but it was not as appealing as the earlier one. I hope this does not happen to this new Elder Scrolls. Also, what we know is that the game will have a new and improved engine as recently Brecon mentioned;

“It’s a new graphics/gameplay engine built internally. We’ll have more details down the road.”

The game has got a confirmed release date of 11th November 2011 and will be playable on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.

  1. Who cares. If I wanted to run through the forest for two hours IRL alone and find fucking bullshit treasure then I would just go to my back yard.

    Where are the gary gygax dungeons?!

    Until I can play a AD&D theif – hide in shadows, climb walls, and climb ropes rock climb style, ill never be over my disappointments.
