Samsung has officially launched its smartphone/tablet hybrid device in India, it is called the Galaxy Note. The Galaxy Note sports a 5.3-inch Super AMOLED display and comes with a stylus called S Pen to help you make quick notes.

The device was first unveiled at IFA earlier this year, it is powered by a 1.4 GHz dual-core processor, has 1GB RAM and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread. To additionally improve the stylus usage, the Galaxy Note comes bundled with S-Apps. It also sports an 8 megapixel camera, 2 megapixel front facing camera, 16GB built-in storage and 2500 mAh battery.
Samsung has priced the Galaxy Note at 34,990 INR and it will soon be available in stores. While the device will come with Android Gingerbread, the company has confirmed that it will be able to taste Android 4.0 ICS sometime early next year.
