Moto M Available for $295 with 3,050 mAh Battery and Impressive Features
There have been many rumors surrounding the release of the upcoming Moto M smartphone these past few months. The new smartphone has finally been launched in China, and it can be bought by other region customers using the Chinese website TMall. The device has been priced at $295 (1.999 Yuan). Lenovo released a bunch of Motorola smartphones along the year, and the most successful of them is the Moto Z line. The Moto Z has been sold in over one million units around the world. Rumors are pointing out that Moto M is going to be launched in the US as well, but there is no way to be sure if the new Moto M is going to be launched in other regions as well.
The Moto M is powered by a Media Tek Helio P15 SoC, octa-core CPU that clocks at 2.2 GHz, and a 3,050 mAh battery. The display of the device is a 5.5-inch 1080 display panel. The device is going to run on 4GB of RAM, and it’s also going to have 32GB of built in storage space, the user can be extend it’s memory by using a microSD card. The device is going to feature Dolby Atmos sound and a fingerprint scanner on the rear.
The camera department of the Moto M comes with a 16 MP camera situated on the rear side of the device, that has LED flash and phase detection auto focus (PDAF). The front side of the smartphone is equipped with an 8MP camera that should be enough MP for the user to take high quality selfies. Lenovo has implemented a new P2i hydrophobic coating for the Moto M to make the device a little water resistant.
The smartphone can be bought only from the e-store TMall at the moment, but we can expect for Lenovo to release their new device to the wide market soon enough. This will happen only depending on what sales the Moto M will bring for Lenovo in the Chinese market.
