Elecom Announces the first Bluetooth 3.0 Mouse

Finally, we have got a mouse based on Bluetooth 3.0 technology. It has been announced by Elecom but we all know that the most important question here is; how much difference can it make? Let’s find out.

It is called the M-BT6BL Series Laser Mouse, and I don’t really think it has some major improvements even though with Bluetooth 3.0 you get WiFi like capabilities of 24Mbps.

The M-BT6BL is quite simple and looks like another computer mouse, it weighs around 43g and without batteries and it is powered by 2 XXX Batteries. It comes with an 800/1600 DPI. It will start shipping in Japan next month for about $52.
