Asus launches VivoBook S400, VivoBook F202E and VivoTab RT in India

Along with its Ultrabook/Table hybrid called the Taichi, Asus has also launched the VivoBook S400, VivoBook F202E and the VivoTab RT devices in the Indian market. All of these new devices are based on Microsoft’s new Windows 8 platform.

The VivoBook S400 is a 14-inch Ultrabook which has a multi-touch panel and a 1366×768 pixels resolution. It is powered by an Intel Core i7 Ivy Bridge processor, has 4GB of DDR3 RAM and 500GB hard disk. This device is priced at Rs. 59,999.

The VivoBook F202E is a slightly affordable Windows 8 based notebook which has a 11.6-inch display with a 1366×768 pixels resolution. It is powered by an Intel Core i3 Ivy Bridge processor, has 500GB of hard disk, 4GB of DDR3 Ram and is priced at Rs. 39,999.

Finally, the VivoTab RT is a Windows RT based dockable tablet which is powered by a quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor. It has 2GB of RAM, 64GB of built-in memory, a 10.1-inch display with the same resolution as the other two, an 8 megapixel rear camera and a secondary front facing 2 megapixel camera. This device is priced at Rs. 61,999.
