Samsung Galaxy Camera to launch in the US with AT&T
AT&T has announced that the network operator will be launching Samsung’s new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean based camera in the United States. This device is called the Galaxy Camera and while AT&T will be the first to bring to US we have no information about its pricing and availability in the market. The company has further mentioned that the pricing will be announced when the device goes on sale in the coming weeks.
The Samsung Galaxy Camera is a Android 4.1 Jelly Bean based digital camera which is sports a 16 megapixel BSI CMOS sensor and is powered by a quad-core processor. It has a 4.77-inch HD Super Clear LCD display and includes Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity.
Additionally, Samsung has bundled some useful software add-ons which includes;
- AllShare Play: Users can remotely access files from Galaxy Camera with other devices on their home network like a PC or Samsung Smart TV.
- Share Shot: Automatically send still images taken with the Galaxy Camera to other Galaxy S III, and Galaxy Note devices up to 200 feet away
- Buddy Photo Share: Instantly and automatically tags faces of existing device contacts in photos making it easy to share with them.
- Smart Pro Technology: it is actually a series of modes. Using the easy-to-navigate menu system, users can choose from a series of preset scenario options which will automatically adjust the camera’s settings in order to capture the perfect photo.

We also know that Samsung has plans to launch the Galaxy Camera in India sometime in the month of November.
