Samurai Warriors 4 Comes to PS4, PS3 and PS Vita on October 21, Special Edition Available Too
PlayStation 4 owners are in for a bunch of interesting releases these days, with one of the upcoming games being Samurai Warriors, a much-awaited tactical action game.
The franchise this makes its long-awaited return for a 10 year anniversary in October 2014, next Tuesday. The game comes with new and old characters, which are said to bring a lot of fun to the game. The game will be released for PlayStation4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita users, as well.
The Samurai Warriors 4 roster has recently been unveiled, as well, coming with 55 warriors including the introduction of Takatora Todo. Here are some more details about him:
“He now serves Ieyasu Tokugawa and appears emotionless though he holds his intense emotions deep within, Kagakatsu Uesugi, who lets his actions speak for him as he trains diligently to live up to his father’s reputation as the “God of War” and Munenori Yagyu, a lethal swordsman trained in the Shinkage style who believes the sword can be an instrument of life as well as death.”
Samurai Warriors 4 also sports newly updated characters from the series, such as Aya, Masanori Fukushima, Kiyomasa Kato, Kanbei Kuroda, Keiji Maeda, Toshiie Maeda, Katsuie Shibata, Hanbei Takenaka and Kenshin Uesugi. Samurai Warriors 4 will arrive on October 24th for European users, which is 3 days later after the US release.
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Samurai Warriors, a collector’s edition called “Samurai Warriors 4: Special Anime Pack” will be available, as well, sporting the anime “Samurai Warriors: Legend of the Sanada,” the official soundtrack for the game and a bunch of DLC content that will most likely get rolled out after the release.
