Smartphones running Microsoft’s new Windows Phone 7.5 Mango mobile operating system are scheduled to launch in the Indian market sometime later this month. No word about its actual availability but this comes from a report at BGR.in.
It is unclear as to when would the existing Windows Phone 7 devices will get this new update, however the guy have mentioned that there are few new Windows Phone 7.5 based smartphones which would be introduced in India. They further report that the launch is expected to take place next week and apparently one of them would be available at an unexpected price.
We have no clue which manufacturers would launch these devices, but it seems there would be quite a few smartphone Windows Phone 7.5 based smartphones coming to India. If this is true India would be one of the first few countries to get smartphones running the new Mango update.
