Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P can be Exchanged for a Huge Moto X4 Discount with Project Fi
Google recently made headlines when it announced that it will refresh its Android One project by introducing Moto X4. Things get even better since Google also revealed that Nexus smartphone owners can trade in their device with Project Fi and receive a considerable discount in exchange. Considering that Nexus smartphones are quite old now, acquiring a brand new Moto X4 at a huge discount in exchange for them is a great deal.
Trading in Nexus Devices with Project Fi
Obviously, not every Nexus device has the same value. Their value is determined by age and condition. Although, Google announced that some “select” Nexus smartphones will receive an exchange value of $165. Google was more than surely talking about Nexus 5X, Nexus 6 and Nexus 6P when it said, “select devices”.
In addition, Project Fi also receives different Android powered devices. For example, turning in a brand new LG G6 will result in a $230 discount. Considering that Moto X4 has been priced at $399 through Project Fi, exchanging an old Nexus 5X or Nexus 6P for a $165 discount sounds like a great idea.
This smartphone represents one of the best devices that Google’s Android One project has to offer. Moto X4 sports a 5.2-inches LTPS IPS LCD panel which offers a full HD pixel resolution of 1080 x 1920. Moreover, the panel also features a pixel density of 424 ppi and it has been coated in Corning Gorilla Glass.
While the 5.2-inches display might be nice, Moto X4 stands out the most when it comes to hardware power. The smartphone is fueled by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 CPU. The processor clocks at 2.2GHz Cortex-A52 but that’s not all since it’s also paired with an Adreno 508 graphics processing unit and 3GB of RAM alongside an expandable storage space of 32GB.
