Apple Releases Ninth iOS 11 Beta in Anticipation for iPhone 8’s Launch Event
As the entire world already knows, Apple is scheduled to unveil the highly anticipated iPhone 8 on September 12th. The event is only a couple of days away and Apple has already started getting ready for it. The reason we are saying this is because the ninth iOS 11 Beta was recently launched. Apple wants to make sure that everything is ready for its big day and that’s why it rolled out the new iOS 11 beta ahead of time.
The Ninth iOS 11 Beta
The sole purpose of this release is so that app developers can get their hands on the new software before iPhone 8 comes out. This way, developers can double-check their apps for bugs and make sure that everything runs smoothly until September 12th. Furthermore, the new beta software comes under the “15A5370a” build number and it is said to contain a bunch of new design tweaks which are focused on the Lock Screen and Control Center.
Apple is doing everything it can to keep iOS 11 features behind cover, but that’s basically impossible now that the operating system is live for beta testers. One of the most notable changes that iOS 11 will bring is the improved voice system for Siri. Apple’s voice assistant needed an update for a long time now and it’s great seeing that Apple finally paid some attention to it. Moreover, Apple Photos and Pay services will receive a bunch of new features and tweaks which are going to make the services so much better than they already are.
Apple Developer Center
Interested developers and eager beta testers can get their hands on the new software by downloading it from the official Apple Developer Center. In addition, beta testers can also configure their iOS powered device to receive Apple’s new update OTA (over the air).
