Gateway is needed to bring the “fleet to America.” According to some reports, Weapon X will join the fleet to find his love, Jean Grey.

Namely, synopsis for “X-Men: Apocalypse” isn’t released yet, so this storyline should be considered as a speculation, until we have a formal confirmation. Also, it can’t be said if the franchise will follow the story from comic books or make some adjustments and changes.

Furthermore, some reports claim that Jennifer Lawrence’s character, Mystique could bring more mutants to the team. This may include her son, Nightcrawler, joining the team of Magneto.
