Pantel partners with BSNL to launch Penta T-Pad WS802 tablet

Pantel previously launched an entry-level Android tablet in the Indian market which is simply called the Penta T-Pad.  Now just like before in partnership with BSNL the company has launched a new tablet device which is called the Penta T-Pad WS802C.

The T-Pad WS802C is an 8-inch tablet device which comes bundled with a 2GB 3G data plan from BSNL which is valid for the first 60 days since purchase.

In terms of the specifications the Penta T-Pad WS802C is equipped with some decent hardware. Unlike many other affordable tablet available in the Indian market, this one features an 8-inch display with an 800 x 552 pixels resolution. It is powered by a Cortex A8 processor clocked at 1GHz, it includes 512MB of RAM, 0.3 megapixel front facing camera, 2 megapixel rear camera, 4GB internal storage capacity, microSD card slot, Bluetooth 2.1 and HDMI out port.

It will go up against many existing devices like, the Zync Z999 Plus, iBerry Auxus AX03G, Micromax Funbook Pro, etc. to name a few. It will come pre-loaded with Android 4.0 ICS and is officially priced slightly higher than the competition at Rs. 14,699.

  1. Dunno about BSNL but Penta T-Pad looks great.
    With 8″ screen, voice and video calling facility, Pantel has moved way ahead from its competitors… I am game!

  2. i think Wammy Ethos would be my choice as one of my friends bought it and he had a lot of problems with the service and support provided by bsnl..
    Whereas i have heard wickedleak has a very good support and service.
