New Archos Tablet Specifications Leaked

Personally, I am not a big fan of Archos but for those who are interested, some new specifications of their upcoming tablet have been leaked. It looks like their new generation 8 tablet will be running Android 2.1 and it may soon be available for purchase.

The new device will be called the Archos 32 and it will resell for $150. It will have a 3.2-inch (400 x 240) touchscreen and a 8GB of storage space. The tablet will be powered by an ARM Cortex A8 and it will support a variety of audio and video formats, something which everyone can expect from a good PMP. It has 720p video support at 24fps and 12Mbps in MPEF-4 HD format. Along with this it will also have WiFi, Bluetooth EDR and composite Video output.
