Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus Prices Revelead by Business Insider

Smartphone manufacturers always try to keep their upcoming devices away from media’s eyes but that’s nearly impossible when business insiders such as Roland Quandt leak important information on a daily basis. In fact, Roland Quandt recently shed some light on Motorola Mobility’s highly anticipated Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus’s prices.

The known and reliable business insider stated that Motorola’s upcoming smartphones will be priced at $352 and $387 in the European Union. However, the prices might differ in the US since there is a difference in VATs. Furthermore, these two smartphones are expected to see a global launch and they will represent the best that Motorola has to offer. In order to get an idea of what to expect we will take a look under their hoods. Without any further ado, let’s get into it.

Moto G5S

This is the standard model and it will be equipped with a 5.2-inch display which uses IPS LCD technology that’s capable of rendering images and videos at full HD 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution. In terms of hardware power, Moto G5S will ship with Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 430 chipset that’s been clocked at 1.4GHz Cortex-A53 alongside an Adreno 505 graphics processing unit and 3GB or 4GB of RAM.

Moto G5S Plus

Now that we’ve seen what the standard model has to offer, let’s also check the premium one. Moto G5S Plus is expected to ship with a larger 5.5-inch IPS LCD display which offers the same full HD pixel resolution of 1080 x 1920. However, the biggest difference from the standard model is in the hardware power department because this premium model is fueled by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor which clocks at 2.0GHz. To make things even better, Moto G5S Plus’s processor will also be coupled with an Adreno 506 graphics processing unit and 3GB or 4GB of RAM.
