The LG Optimus Vu has already been up for grabs in Korea and LG has managed to sell over 500,000 units of the same. The company has mentioned that the device will launch in parts of Asia, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Europe in September.

The Optimus Vu sports a 5-inch display however in a 4:3 aspect ratio and 1024 x 768 pixels resolution. The device is powered by a NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and has 32GB of internal storage. It comes with Android 4.0 ICS and also includes an 8 megapixel rear camera along with a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera.
