Google Pixel 2 – Stay Ahead of the Curve
This year is going to be a great one for Android fans. Not only has Samsung launched the highly anticipated Galaxy S8 but Google is also getting ready to unveil its Pixel 2 flagship. The aforementioned smartphone will represent the best that Google has to offer and it will raise the standard bar for every upcoming Android powered smartphone.
Initially, Google fans were upset at the Android parent when it decided to kill off the Nexus brand in favor of the newer and more expensive Pixel lineup. However, as time passed on, Android fans started noticing that Google’s decision was the right since Pixel is able to offer so much more than the Nexus brand ever could.
As every true Android fan already knows, Pixel is one of the best reviewed smartphones of 2016 but can we expect the same from Pixel 2? Well, the answer to that question is yes! Google made it clear that Pixel 2 is going to blow every other Android powered smartphone out of the water and that waiting for it to come out instead of purchasing Samsung’s latest Galaxy S8 is worth it.
Today we’re going to take a more in-depth look at what rumors and speculations are saying about Pixel 2 in order to get an idea of what’s to come. First off, the smartphone is said to ship with a 5.0-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. Moreover, the display will feature a full HD resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a pixel density of 441 ppi.
In terms of hardware power, the expectations are pretty high for Pixel 2. The smartphone will more than likely be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 CPU which will be paired with an Adreno 540 GPU and 4GB of RAM. From the looks of it, Pixel 2 will be full-on powerhouse.
