Terminator 5 Will be Titled Terminator Genisys, Gets Released In 2015
The fifth, much anticipated installment of the legendary “Terminator” franchise will be finally released in 2015, after a series of delays. Terminator wouldn’t be Terminator without its alfa and omega, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and yes he is starring in this movie. The movie is coming out in summer 2015, more precisely in July.
Schwarzenegger confirmed the movie himself, on his Instagram profile. And after that, Paramount Pictures also confirmed the movie via social networks. The new movie will be called “Terminator Genisys”, although it was said that it will be titled “Terminator Genesis”.
You might say that changing a couple of letters still doesn’t change the meaning of the word, but it has some meanings important for the film. The title probably serves a double purpose, of reviving the “Terminator” franchise, and of referring to some program developed by Skynet, which is meant to destroy the human race.
Here’s what Arnold said about the production of the movie: “Hasta la vista, baby. I want to thank the cast and crew of @TerminatorGenisys for a fantastic shoot. It was challenging, it was fun, and it was rewarding.
From our director to the producers, from the camera team to catering, from visual effects to hair and makeup – we couldn’t have done it without you,” he writes in the caption of the photo, on his Instagram profile.
In a March 2014 interview, Arnie revealed that he will play the older version of his character in the new movie. Even if his character is a machine, the exterior is made of human flesh, and logically, he ages, maybe not as fast as real humans, but still ages, tho.
Although Schwarzenegger is in older age, and he is still capable of acting in such action movies, but nothing less was expected from Mr. Olimpia. We would love to see what are your expectations from the movie, what would you love to see in the movie, and what you wouldn’t, so express yourselves in the comment section below, we can’t wait to hear your opinion.
