The popular India based gaming company, Zapak, has announced a new service. It is known as Zapak Plus and the company will use it to introduce a subscription based gaming service in the Indian market.
This would be the first time we would see such a local service which will allow users to subscribe to licensed games for less than a rupee!
Currently, Zapak Plus includes a monthly subscription plan and a quarterly subscription plan for a limited time period, where the playtime per game would be unlimited.
The service now has over 120 games including, Ashes 2009, Flat Out, Sherlock Holmes, Dirt 2, Jewel Quest and others. Personally, I believe the service would only be worth using if they manage to include some latest and upcoming PC games.
