Apple and HTC have already been battling in he court over Android patent infringements, but the case has lost its action over time. Now Apple has filed a new complaint against HTC and the company hopes to block imports of ‘personal electronic devices’ made by HTC.
The ITC has posted this new complaint by Apple against HC which was filed on July 8 and it recently made it on the ITC website. Apparently, on August 5, a judge will present the decision over or not HTC Android devices violate Apple patents. Followed by ITC’s review on the findings and it will then make the final call.
HTC as well has filed a similar complaint against Apple to the ITC asking to ban imports on Apple products. These findings will be presented on September 16.
