A HTC Windows Phone 7 Device Spotted with 8-megapixel Camera and no Sense

Some new images of a HTC Windows Phone 7 based device have been spotted. It has a 3.7-inch SLCD and features a 1GHz Snapdragon processor. The guys over at Engadget got these details through some of their source and it looks like it has an 8-megapixel camera and features three touch-sensitive buttons below the screen.

Apparently, this HTC device is missing the Sense UI as we earlier heard that HTC will be integrating it in Windows Phone 7 and it is expected to be much better than what we saw on the Windows Mobile 6.5. According to Engadget HTC is been talking with Verizon and Sprint about the device and as expected it will probably become available in October.

Many people seem to be excited about Windows Phone 7 and it is very obvious that a few months before its official launch we will be seeing a lot of leaks and hearing a lot of rumors. Microsoft recently announced the launch partners for Windows Phone 7 and it was very obvious that HTC would be one of them. Anyways, let us know what you think about all this and do you think that Microsoft may finally do it with Windows Phone 7?

  1. “HTC Sense” as we know it from WM6.x and Android will *NOT* be appearing on WP7.

This is a complete misunderstanding of what HTC said.
