JK Rowling Releases NEW Harry Potter Novel
JK Rowling has given her fans the first Harry Potter literal work after “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” from 2007. It’s a short story about this charming wizard, posted on her Pottermore site on Thursday.
The story is something that barely anyone expected. Harry Potter appears to be grown up now and is married to Ginny Weasley. By the time of events in the story, he has 34 years and his hair turns gray.
Harry is attending the final of the Quidditch World Cup with his family, Ron and Hermione. The one detail that didn’t change is Harry’s “distinctive round glasses that some might say are better suited to a style-deficient 12-year-old.” Harry Potter probably still gets into all sorts of scrapes, because he has a scar on his cheek.
Ron has also changed his appearance, his red hair “appears to be thinning slightly.” Ron now manages his family shop. Hermione is now a civil servant at Deputy Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement.
Neville Longbottom is married to Hufflepuff Hannah Abbot, and he now serves as a Herbology teacher at Hogwarts. And Luna Lovegood, who married the grandson of “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”, Newt Scamander, is the mother of twins.
It is also noticed that JK Rowling has excluded some characters from this short story, like Draco Malfoy. There are also a couple of new characters in the story, as well as the new teenage generation of wizards.
Although this might be a hope for some Harry Potter fans, Rowling’s spokesperson said that there would be no further releases of Harry Potter books.
Solace for fans might be the other Harry Potter material, that Rowling recently released, including the spin-off story collection, “The Tales of Beedle the Bard.” Besides “Harry Potter work”, Rowling has also published a novel for adults, titled “The Casual Vacancy,” and two thrillers under her pseudonym, Robert Galbraith.
