Elder Scrolls Online Release Date LEAKED for Xbox One, PS4?

A few days ago we spoked about the possible release date of the much awaited Elder Scrolls Online and now it seems that we have some new details.

This year, we’ve seen so many games getting a delayed release date, such as Batman: Arkham Knight, Dragon Age Inquisition, Metro Redux and many, many others. Such is the case with the elusive Elder Scrolls Online title, as well.

Previously, Bethesda said that the game will make its way for Xbox One and Play Station 4 users by the beginning of December, this year, but I tried search for the game on Amazon out of curiosity and … guess what.

By looking at the above image, you probably have noticed that there’s a release date shown there and it’s 31 December, 2014. Of course, this is the scenario for many games, as usually Amazon puts there a generic date as a placeholder. But have a look at the image from below and you’ll see that it’s the same for the Xbox One version, as well.

Elder Scrolls Online to be released in early 2015?

However, I highly doubt it that Bethesda will release the game in New Year’s Eve and I personally haven’t heard of such a thing happening with popular games, but correct me if I’m wrong.

But what this points to is obvious or at least, this is the assumption that we can make – that Elder Scrolls Online will be here in early 2015.

However, this isn’t a sure date, of course, and Bethesda can try and release the game at the beginning of December, 2014. It would make a lot of sense, since the developer would make use of the holiday season.

At the moment, we don’t have precise details, but once we hear more about this, we will definitely update you with important details, so make sure you subscribe and stay tuned!

  1. I’ve seen tons of games with a December 31st release date….it’s just a placeholder until the actual release date is announced
