Apple offers games and apps for free on App Store’s fifth anniversary

Those using an Apple iOS device are in luck as the company is now offering games and apps for iOS at no cost on the App Store. This is because Apple celebrates the completion of five years of the App Store this week.

Most of the popular apps and games are being listed as free on the App Store. Games include Infinity Blade II, Where’s My Water, BADLAND, Superbrother: Sword and Sworcery EP and Tiny Wings while the apps include the likes of Traktor DJ which is normally available for Rs. 1,200 and four others which include Day One, Over, How to Cook Everything and Barefoot World Atlas.

At the moment Apple has not made any official announcement for the same, but we spotted this in a report at The Verge. We expect Apple to make an announcement and we are not sure whether they will include more apps to this throughout the week.

All the apps will be available for free for a limited amount of time, so if you like any of these apps why it is a good to get your hands on them before time runs out.
