Ubisoft announced Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist [E3 2012]
At the Microsoft press conference at E3 2012, Ubisoft unveiled their upcoming Splinter Cell video game which is expected to launch sometime next year. It is called Splinter Cell: Blacklist and the main protagonist will be none other than the famous Sam Fisher.
However, things have changed and Sam Fisher is now in charge of Fourth Echelon so you do have the ability to call on strikes and probably other help directly from the battlefield. It has Kinect voice command integration which is quite a useful tool for distracting enemies.
This is the first game developed by Ubisoft’s Toronto studio and the story revolves around a ‘Blacklist’ of prime locations and suspects created by a terrorist organization. Sam’s job is to retrieve the list and put a stop to it.
We are quite interested in this upcoming Splinter Cell title it seems to be set up in a new environment and Sam has got some really sick moves to show off. Check out the gameplay demo and the debut trailer below.
