Nokia Unveils new X5 and X6 8GB Smartphones
Nokia has been pulling out a lot of different smartphones this year and especially the Nokia N8 looks really promising. They have just introduced two new smartphones the Nokia X5 and the Nokia X6 8GB which are now lined up for launch.
I feel that Nokia is lagging behind with the new technology as they are not really coming up with powerful phones which may compare with the iPhone 4 or HTC Evo, but are rather experimenting with what they can do. Both the phones and designed for entertainment and look like a decent deal. The Nokia N5 has a square design and with the Kin One and Motorola Flipout this new form factor seems to be very trendy. The Nokia X6 8GB on the other hand is just an X6 with 8GB of internal storage.
The Nokia X5 will have a slide out QWERTY keyboard and a wide range of social network integration including Twitter and Facebook. It will also carry a 5 megapixel camera with built in LED flash and 4x Digital Zoom. It will have 200 MB of built in storage will be shipped with a 2 GB microSD card and the storage can be expanded up to 32 GB.
This new phone is supposed to give you a standby battery life of sixteen days and twenty four hours of music playback with full charge. This really sounds something really exciting about the new Nokia X5 it will go on sale in Q3 this year for about $200.
