MSI S20 is a slider ultrabook/tablet hybrid device [Computex 2012]
This year at Computex 2012 in Taiwan, MSI unveiled a new device which sports a slider form-factor. This new device from MSI is slider ultrabook which can be converted in to a tablet. Just slide in the display, then you lose access to its full QWERTY keyboard but can use it has a tablet.
The MSI S20 has a big 11.6-inch display, it is just 0.8-inches thick and weighs just about 2.9 pounds. It definitely seems to be a sleek device and more importantly it is powered by an Intel Ivy Bridge processor so you can expect it to have some decent performance.
This device will come pre-loaded with Microsoft’s Window 8 so it may land in the market sometime in Q4 2012. There is no information regarding its pricing and it is quite hard to speculate and estimated price.
Apart from the device features ten point capacitive touchscreen display, it includes Bluetooth 4.0, USB 3.0 port, HSMI port, WiFi capability and 3G/4G connectivity options.
