At Microsoft’s E3 2011 keynote, the company revealed its new version of the Xbox Live Dashboard, and its seems that Microsoft is foraying into the tile based user interface which we first saw on the Windows Phone 7 devices and later seen in the Windows 8 demo. While the tile-based interface was the main part of the visual change, the company also announced that it would include a variety of voice controls using the Kinect.

They have introduced basic voice commands for navigation along with the Bing-powered Kinect voice search, which searches universally across Hulu, Netflix, games and movies, and give you the result at the same time. The guys has also announced that YouTube will finally be making its way to Xbox Live and along with it the have revealed the new Xbox Live TV which will stream live TV content. Currently, the company has partnered with Canal+, Sky TV and Foxtel to deliver live content and they plan to expand the content partners across the globe.
All this would be coming to your Xbox 360 in Fall 2011.
