Lenovo to Bring the IdeaPad K1 to the Indian Market

Lenovo is preparing to launch its IdeaPad K1 tablet device in the Indian market, however it still has a long time before ti makes an appearance.

The company has promised that this Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet device will be coming to India sometime in September. It is also expected to get updated to Android 3.1 Honeycomb, but there is no confirmation on the date.

Lenovo IdeaPad K1 is quite similar to the Lenovo Lepad which is available in the US markets. The tablet device is powered by a 1GHz dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor and is supported by 1GB of RAM. It includes 10.1-inch display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, 32GB in-built storage, five megapixel front and rear facing cameras, microSD support ip to 32GB, microHDMI port and up to 10 hours of battery life.

As mentioned before the device is expected to hit the stores sometime in September and the tablet device is expected to be priced around 30,000 INR.
