iBall launches it Andi 3E and Andi 4D Android based smartphones

iBall has officially launched two new Android based entry-level smartphones in the Indian market. These two new devices include the iBall Andi 3e and the iBall Andi 4d, both run Android 2.3 Gingerbread and are priced under Rs. 10,000.
