NVIDIA unveils its GeForce GTX 700M series of GPUs for Notebooks

After introducing its new GeForce GTX 770 GPU for desktops, NVIDIA announced its new GPUs for notebooks. These are a part of the GeForce GTX 700M series and include – GTX 760M, GTX 765M, GTX 770M and GTX 780M.

All the above mentioned mobile graphic processors are expected to be integrated in many upcoming notebooks. All these GPUs are processed on 28nm, and NVIDIA says they are 40 percent thinner and lighter, which will enable manufacturers to add powerful and performance oriented graphics in slimmer form factors.

Additionally, all the four mobile graphics processors are based on the Kepler architecture, they support 1080p gaming and include software enhancements like Optimus to improve battery life, GeForce Experience to adjust optimal in-game settings on the computer’s hardware, GPU Boost 2.0 which automatically adjusts the GPU clock speeds for better in-game performance.
