HTC Desire Q launched in Taiwan; no news about other countries

HTC Desire Q has officially been launched in Taiwan. The phone is powered by a 1 GHz single-core processor with 512 MB of RAM. It sports a 4-inch WVGA display and is based on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The phone has all the features that a smartphone should have like WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GOS and 3G. It sports a 5 MP camera autofocus camera with LED flash but does not have a front camera. It has 4 GB of internal memory which is expandable upto 32 GB by a microSD slot.

The phone costs NT$ 6,990 which is approximately USD 234 and there is no news about its availability in other countries.
