Firefox introduces a revamped user interface with new version 29

Mozilla has released the latest update for its Firefox web browser. With this new version 29 update, Firefox debuts its new Australis interface and a new accounts function which allows users to synchronize data and setting across multiples devices.

This new update makes Firefox a lot more like Google Chrome which has sky rocketed as the world’s most popular web browser. While it still has some catching up to do it Chrome, this new update includes feature which takes it a step closer.

The new Australis interface is characterized by its redesigned tabs, which have rounded corners and are brought forward when open. It also has a new intuitive customization and settings menu.

This menu is located in the upper right-hand corner, it offers quick access to the browser’s features, settings and other functions. When you open the new Firefox for the first time users will be introduced to it with a short guide.

Just like Chrome users, Firefox users can now create an account and sync their bookmarks, passwords, settings, etc. so that these can be access from other devices they are logged in from.
