Xolo Q1010i smartphone launched in India comes with Sony’s Exmor R camera
Xolo has launched yet another smartphone in the Indian market which is also a part of the affordable smartphones market. The device is a successor to the previously launched Q1010 however it comes with a better camera and increased on-board storage capacity.
The Xolo Q1010i has been officially priced at Rs 13,499 and the device comes with a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels and comes with One Glass Solution technology. It offers a pixel density of 294ppi and has a Asahi Scratch resistant glass for protection from scratches.
Like its predecessor this device is also powered by MediaTek’s 6582 quad-core processor which is clocked at 1.3GHz and comes with a Mali 400M2 GPU. It is further paired with 1GB of RAM and comes with 8GB of built-in storage capacity.
A key feature on this smartphone is its new 8 megapixel primary camera which sports Sony’s Exmor R sensor for better low-light performance. The camera has a 5 element lens module with a maximum aperture of f/2.0. On the front it has a 2 megapixel camera for capturing decent selfies.
The device comes pre-loaded with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and has quite a few competitors in the market including the recently launched Lava Iris Pro 20, the Motorola Moto G and the Micromax Canvas Magnus A117 amongst others.
