LG G6 Raises Eyebrows At MWC Launch
The South Korean has been trying to make a name for itself for a while now. It looks like LG has finally found the means to achieve just that. During the Mobile World Congress, LG decided to unveil its brand new flagship G6 smartphone. This is the best smartphone that has been created by LG until now. The flagship has been equipped with a smooth looking design and high-end hardware parts.
Today we’re going to take a closer look at LG G6 and see what’s causing all this fuss. We will go over the device’s display and hardware performances because these two categories are what make or break a high-end smartphone.
LG G6: Display
The smartphone has been equipped with a 5.7 inch IPS LCD panel. The display is quite impressive boasting a large pixel resolution of 1440 x 2860 pixels and an impressive pixel density of 564 ppi. The reason why this pixel density is so impressive is because the device has a 78.6 percent screen to body ratio, therefore the pixels are stretched out over a large surface. Additionally, LG has made sure that the display is scratch and crack resistant by coating it Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
LG G6: Hardware Power
LG is known for always going over the top when it comes to hardware performances. This is why LG G6 is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset. The processor has two cores that clock at 2.35GHz and two other more that clock at 1.6GHz. Also, the processor is coupled with Qualcomm’s Adreno 530 graphics processing unit and 4GB of RAM. In terms of internal storage space, LG G6 ships with either 32GB or 64GB of expandable storage space.
LG G6: Verdict
We think it’s safe to say that LG has finally managed to design the product that’s going to help it assert its name as a household name. Nonetheless, the smartphone will be available for purchase during the upcoming months in the whole world. It would be interesting to see how LG G6 does on the smartphone market. Will it be able to defeat its competition, we think it will.
