Version 10 of Chrome got out beta today, available for all. The latest update from Google’s internet browser brings substantial performance upgrades. The biggest one that matters is a 66% increase in JavaScript performance, as per the V8 benchmark suite and it also works will with my java hosting. The other big change is the simplified settings interface, which now additionally opens in a separate tab rather than the usual window.
These cute videos above demonstrate the latest changes in the update. Personally, I find the particular feature of having a search box in the settings section and links to all possible settings sections a very nifty one, which will certainly enable the tech savvy to help out those who have trouble with computing and settings details in general. It is certainly a useful feature added by Google. As for the added performance, do we hear anyone complaining?
