Necropolis Release Date for Xbox One and PS4
Harebrained Schemes, the developer of Necropolis, has disappointed many fans, as it just announced that this upcoming game will be released later than expected on the Xbox One and PS4 consoles.
It seems that the gaming company will release the Steam variant of the game along with the PS4 and Xbox One sometime in the summer of 2016. We remind you that Harebrained Schemes has firstly announced that the Necropolis game will be released firstly on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles on March 17, 2016.
At the same time, the developer company has announced that the publisher Bandai Namco will assist with the console installment, but refused to give more information about the release date of the game.
Mitch Gitelman, president at Harebrained Schemes, said that it is better to keep mum on the release date of the game, as in order to build a console requires a significant amount of development work and sometimes it takes longer than expected. Gitelman also added that the decision to release all three variants of the game simultaneously has nothing to do with the publisher, as the Harebrained Schemes Company has decided to do this.
Gitelman said that if we will see other delays of the game we can be sure that Necropolis will get better improvements and features for both PCs and consoles. As for the players who have already pre-ordered the game via Steam, they can either wait for the game to be released this summer or ask for a refund.
The upcoming Necropolis game will allow you to bring three other friends in a fast-paced combat game. In addition, the developers have also decided to bring a feature that the hardcore players will enjoy: when you die, you will need to start the game from the beginning.
