LG showcases the new G Pro 2 with a 5.9-inch display at MWC 2014

LG has showcased one of its new smartphones at MWC 2014 and this device was first unveiled a few days ago in Korea. This new smartphone is called the LG G Pro 2 which is a successor to the LG G Pro smartphone.

The device was unveiled by LG at MWC 2014 along with a few other smartphones including the LG G2 Mini and three new devices in the company’s L-series.

LG has also unveiled the specifications for the new G Pro 2 and it seems a well-equipped smartphones. It sports a 5.9-inch full JD resolution IPS display and it is powered by a 2.26GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor. It also includes an Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB of RAM.

It has a 13 megapixel rear camera which is capable to record 4K resolution videos at up to 120fps, on the front it has a 2.1 megapixel camera. The rear camera further includes OIS Pro for blur-free video recording.

The smartphone will come in 16GB and 32GB size variants, while both will come with a 3,200 mAh battery. It will come pre-loaded with Android 4.4 Kit Kat. Like the LG G2 it has physical keys on the back panel, the pricing and availability is yet to be announced.
