ZTE Blade V8 Pro vs Honor 6X – Two Great Affordable Smartphones
These past few years Chinese manufacturers have been taking the tech market by storm. CES 2017 just took place and all other major companies showcased their upcoming devices, but the two companies which stood out the most are both from China. Huawei and ZTE announced two new flagship devices during CES and that got the whole tech community excited. Today we’re going to take ZTE Blade V8 Pro and pin against its compatriot Huawei Honor 6X.
Both devices have been designed with only one purpose in mind, to provide users with impressive performances for an affordable price. ZTE Blade V8 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s powerful eight-core Snapdragon 625 processor which clocks at 2.0GHz and that’s paired with 3GB of RAM. The device comes with a standard internal storage space of 32GB that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. Huawei also didn’t shy away from equipping its device with impressive hardware pieces and this is why Honor 6X comes with an octa-core Kirin processor that’s coupled with 3GB of RAM. Honor 6X comes with the same expandable 32GB of storage space.
Design and Display
Taking in consideration that both devices fit into the same category it shouldn’t come as a surprise to hear that they feature the same display. Both Chinese smartphones ship with the same 5.5 inch 1920 x 1080 pixels and 401 ppi display. While there aren’t any differences here, customers will surely be able to notice that the design is an entirely different story. ZTE Blade V8 Pro has the fingerprint sensor installed on the front side while Honor 6X has it installed on the back side. Also, the physical Home button can be found on the front side of ZTE Blade V8 Pro and on the right-hand side of Honor 6X.
