Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus coming Q1 2012

Samsung has officially announced the successor to its Galaxy Ace smartphone and this new Android based device is known as the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus. The device will be coming to Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa in the first quarter of this year.

It would be a mid-ranged device which is powered by a 1 GHz processor and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread. No word about its Android 4.0 ICS update. It has a 5 megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and LED flash, 512MB RAM and comes with a 1300 mAh battery.

The Galaxy Ace Plus will come pre-loaded with Samsung applications including Social Hub, Music Hub and ChatOn Messenger. It will first launch in Russia, sometime this month and will eventually make it to Europe, CIS, Latin America, Southeast and Southwest Asia, Middle East, Africa and China.
