Motorola Brings another Dual SIM Phone to India and this one Runs Android

Back in October, Motorola had announced low of its low budget Dual SIM phone in the Indian market, the Motorola EX115 and the Motorola EX158, but there was hardly any success following these devices. Now the company has announced Dual SIM, Android powered phone which will start selling in the country from next week.

This would be none other than the Motorola Glam or the Motorola XT800 a Dual Band phone which supports one GSM and another CDMA SIM. The device had first launched in China and later came to Korea.

The Motorola Glam will be powered by Android 2.2 FroYo, it will feature a 3.7-inch display, a 550MHz processor with 256 MB of RAM. It also features a 5-megapixel camera and all the other basic connectivity features. An upgraded of the XT800, known as the XT800+ which adds a 1GHz processor has already hit China and may reach India sometime in the future.

The device as mentioned before is expected to the shelves next week and to be priced at 23K, which seems a bit expensive if compared to the offerings from other manufacturers.
