Motorola Announces Atrix 4G With 1GB RAM And Docking Awesomeness
Motorola and AT&T come together to bring us the Motorola Atrix 4G a really unique Android powered which does a lot more than any other smartphone out there. The device was unveiled at CES 2011 where Motorola also announced the XOOM tablet, CLIQ 2 and the DROID BIONIC.
The Atrix 4G is powered by a Dual-Core 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor and beat this, it comes with 1GB of RAM. The device also features 16 GB of internal memory, microSD card slot, 4-inch QHD display, a 5 megapixel camera on the rear side while a VGA camera sits on the front side. It also features fingerprint recognition for security and runs Android 2.2 FroYo with MotoBlur UI.
These specifications are superb but the phone still has a lot more to offer. It is able to runs non-stripped down version of Firefox 3.5 web browser, a multimedia dock through which you can connect it to your computer and an actual laptop dock with a full QWERTY keyboard, an 11.6-inch screen, stereo speakers and a battery, as a matter of fact this is less of a dock and more of a netbook powered by the amazing Motorola Atrix 4G.
The Motorola Atrix 4G will be available on AT&T later in Q1 2011. All the docks are sold separately and the price is yet to be announced.
