Apple iPad Air 3 and iPad Pro 2 Might Be Coming In March
It’s a known fact by now that the tablet market is not as competitive as the smartphone one. There is a good reason for that because the demand for tablets isn’t as high as it used to be. All major tech manufacturers have been having a hard time lately in terms of creating bestselling tablets. Apple for example has not been so eager to produce new tablets as it used to be in the past, but rumor has it that Apple has something big scheduled for 2017.
What’s interesting is that Apple hasn’t refreshed its iPad lineup for a while now and this caused for the demand for iPad devices to increase. With that being said, it’s easy to understand why Apple would want to capitalize on that and. For that reason Apple is expected to come out with two new tablets during 2017. Today we’re going to go over what we know about the upcoming iPad Pro 2, iPad Air 3.
iPad Pro 2
The first model of iPad Pro arrived on the market one year ago and Apple has received good feedback from its customers. Even though Apple fans have been asking the Cupertino based tech giant to refresh its iPad Pro lineup, Apple didn’t. Recent rumors are pointing out that Apple is in fact set to launch a new iPad Pro 2 in March and this coincides with the fact that Apple has a new operating system update scheduled for March. The device is expected to come with a sleeker design which doesn’t include the classic 3.5mm audio jack and a new set of high performing hardware parts.
iPad Air 3
Everyone was speculating that Apple has ended the iPad Air line but the whole tech community is speculating that Apple is actually working on designing a brand new iPad Air 3. The upcoming tablet is supposedly going to feature a slimmer design that’s going to have around 6mm of depth. Additionally, iPad Air 3 is expected to come with Apple Pencil support.
Nonetheless, we should mention that Apple has yet to confirm any of these rumors as being true. All that we can do right now is to wait for March to come and see if Apple does decide to bring two new devices.
