ZTE Axon M Leak Reveals First Ever Foldable Smartphone
ZTE is one of the Chinese smartphone manufacturers that’s trying to steal some of the spotlight from the likes of Samsung and Apple. What makes ZTE special is the fact that it’s actually managing to compete against the top dogs of the smartphone industry with innovative designs such as the foldable ZTE Axon M.
ZTE Axon M
This smartphone used to be only a rumor not too long ago. Luckily for us, an official press picture of ZTE Axon M was leaked online. This device will hold the title of being the company’s flagship which means that it will be equipped with premium hardware. Although, the feature that’s going to grab customers attention is the foldable display.
ZTE Axon M will ship with two foldable screens that are sized at 6.8-inches when combined. Not only that, but they will also run without any problems when separated. Both screens will feature a full HD pixel resolution of 1080 x 1920 and they can be unfolded through a centrally located hinge. Things get even better since ZTE Axon M owners will be able to run two apps at the same time on the two panels.
Considering that ZTE Axon M will hold the tile of being the company’s flagship, no one should be surprised to find out that it will feature high-end hardware parts. The known and reliable leakster Evan Blass reported back in September that ZTE Axon M will be fueled by one of Qualcomm’s high-end Snapdragon 820 processors.
Moreover, the CPU will also be coupled with 4GB of RAM, a large 3,120 mAh battery and 32GB of internal storage space. We don’t know if the ROM can be expanded any further via microSD cards but that’s highly likely to happen. Finally, the smartphone’s rear side will be equipped with a large 20MP camera.
