Goat Simulator LANDS on Android, Gets Mixed Reactions
Some say this is a stupid game, including those who have made it, but still, it manages to continue its popularity on Android, just as it did before on desktop and iOS.
When it comes to games like Goat Simulator, their purpose is to prove that we’re easily entertained and can have a good time from anything. And yes, this also means from playing a simulation game where you are a wrecking goat. Here’s how the official description of the game sounds like:
Goat Simulator is the latest in goat simulation technology, bringing next-gen goat simulation to YOU. You no longer have to fantasize about being a goat, your dreams have finally come true! Gameplay-wise, Goat Simulator is all about causing as much destruction as you possibly can as a goat. It has been compared to an old-school skating game, except instead of being a skater, you’re a goat, and instead of doing tricks, you wreck stuff. When it comes to goats, not even the sky is the limit, as you can probably just bug through it and crash the game.

The game even comes with a funny disclaimer:
“Goat Simulator is a completely stupid game and, to be honest, you should probably spend your money on something else, such as a hula hoop, a pile of bricks, or maybe pool your money together with your friends and buy a real goat.”
Inside the game, you will get points for wrecking stuff, and you can then brag to your friends that you’re the ‘alpha goat’. The game also comes with in-game physics ‘that spazz out all the time’, but which are bound to give you a great time. Despite costing a nice $4.99, the game has been downloaded by many so far (follow the link at the end to do so yourself) and here’s what they have been saying:
“Great game! Had some crash bugs, but after update, it runs smooth on my tablet. Recommend to download!”
But there are plenty who are not so pleased with its performance:
“Youd think with so many people having the same licence problem, the devs would fix it, but nope still crashes everytime”
Go ahead and give it a try for yourself and let us know what you think.
